This is a Vintage, handmade, fully restored Bermuda Schooner that is in excellent condition and would complement any room in your home or office. A great gift for those who love the sea and are difficult to buy for. A very special and unique gift with history and class.
We recently acquired this great looking model from a collector in Cape Cod. He purchased it back in the early 1980's at a local antique store.
This schooner is loaded with brass ornamentation. We kept and cleaned the original sails which are in excellent condition.
The rigging is in like new condition. When we received this model in our shop, we added some additional brass pieces, felted the stand bottom in plaid and refinished the hull and keel.
The schooners measurements are 33"L X 5.5"W X 34"H (Bottom of stand to top of mast)
The navy blue and white detail are very popular as most yachts during that era were painted this color combination.
There are many brass and copper fittings, and the boat stand is custom made with medium mahogany stain and paint. We also felted the stand bottom with a high-grade felting.
This yacht would make a great gift for the person who is difficult to buy for and enjoys the ocean, marine life and sea scape theme, a great decorative and conversation piece for any area of the home or office!
As with all of our yachts, we partially disassemble the main sail and some rigging for safe shipping. Just attach the main sail mast and some minor rigging (instructions included) and you're ready to enjoy!
We will also e mail you detailed pictures to further assist you. Very easy to assemble...
