"La Vita e' Bella in Genua".
This is a wonderful handmade vintage yacht made, in Genua Italy by a local model builder. He is also a collector who displays his models throughout Italy, in hotel and other places of interest.
This fine, museum quality model yacht has a great history and overall presence. It is of "plank on frame construction" and hand painted a hunter green (original paint) with a maple stain hull.
This large, 47"L x 43"H x 6.5"W model would look great in any room and would absolutely become a conversation piece for guests and friends.
When we received it in the shop we cleaned all brass, copper and bronze accents, leaving the original sails and most of the original rigging. (Great Petina on sails which adds to its value and originality)
This yacht comes with a light mahogany stand and a newly felted bottom, done in our shop.
