Gaff Rigged Ketch Schooner, Sailboat, Vintage c.a. 1980's Restored

$589.00

This vintage, c.a. 1980's double gaff rigged schooner ( 1730 class) was just received by us. We completed a semi restoration recently. A great historic piece featuring various brass and copper accents, authentic rigging and boat stand. It measures 27"L x 30"H x 6"W.

This light mahogany and maple, handmade yacht originated in Nova Scotia. The collector, whom we acquired it from, was the original owner and he is an avid collector of nautical antiques. He purchased it from a gentleman that built it from scratch in the early 80's. The condition of this fine piece is excellent, and the navy-blue paint is high gloss which complements the stained light mahogany and maple decking and accents.

As with all of our model yachts, we partially disassemble for safe shipping. We will include simple instructions for minor assembly and also sent pictures to assist. Just connect the two masts to the deck and tighten some rigging and you're ready to enjoy!
