Vintage ( Very Rare) 32” Jacrim Seaworthy Pond Yacht c.a.1920 – 1940, Fully Restored. All offers will be considered.
This fully restored, Jacrim Seaworthy Pond yacht was recently acquired by us from a collector in New Hampshire. This very rare and desired pond boat sailed the waters of Squam Lake in New Hampshire for many years. The previous owner’s father sailed it along with his young son many years ago and for the past 70 years, this fine gentleman continued the great tradition set by his father. Yes, you can sail this great vintage pond boat in any lake or pond.
During the period of 1920 to 1940, Seaworthy began producing this “Competition Class” pond yacht for the serious sailing enthusiast. The sizes of the pond boats produced at this time were 26”,32” and 36” in length. In our research of these boats, we found that Jacrim produced less than 200 of them between 1920 and 1938. These “Sizes” are virtually unseen today.
We were fortunate to acquire 4 of these pond boats: 2 36”, 1 32” and 1 26” in length. This particular pond yacht is 32” L X 8”W X 50”H (In the stand) 36"H out of the stand. It was restored in 2018 by a restoration specialist in New Jersey. The restoration is outstanding and of the highest quality. The sails were specially made by Carr Sails of California (Carrsails.com) The paint finish is 3 coats with a marine grade finish applied.
The hull is painted white ( the original colors) and the keel is blue. The deck is maple in color and the original Jacrim Seaworthy authentication emblems are visible in the center and stern of the boat. The rigging is high quality with brass fittings throughout the decking. This boat is rigged to sail as it was 100+ years ago. It is fully seaworthy and ready to sail on a pond or lake if desired.
Along with the pond boat comes a high quality stand made of hard wood and finished in a medium mahogany stain. The stand bottom is finished with a high grade felting done in our shop.

What a great gift for that special man or women in your life who loves the sea and nautical theme and is difficult to buy for..
